Employees of the Year:
Tomorrow we will celebrate two staff members at the Mehlville School District Recognition Night. Our nominees are Megan Mathews, a fifth-grade teacher, and Madison Miller, our school nurse. Please join me in congratulating both of these outstanding ladies!
Megan Mathews - Megan always goes above and beyond for her 5th-grade students. She works hard to make lessons engaging and meets the needs of each child, helping them grow academically and personally. Megan builds strong relationships with her students and their families, keeping communication open and positive. She also takes the time to teach essential life skills, like managing emotions and making good choices. Every day, Megan shows her care and dedication by creating a classroom where students feel supported and valued. Her passion for teaching and helping kids succeed makes a lasting impact on her students’ lives.
Madison Miller - Madison stepped up from the very first week of school, as this is her first year working in our school. She has handled student needs with care and professionalism, making sure everyone felt safe and supported. Whether it was managing health concerns, responding to emergencies, or simply being a calming presence, Madison was always there. Her quick thinking and kind nature made a big difference for both students and staff. Madison’s dedication to her job and the well-being of our school community is evident in everything she does.
Concert Day!
The 1st and 2nd grade concerts are this evening in the Nottlemann Auditorium on the campus of Mehlville High School. First grade will perform at 6:20 pm, and the second grade show is at 7:20 pm. You are going to love the shows!
Grade Level Party Sign Up:
The Spring Grade Level Parties take place on Friday, May 16th. We need some volunteers at each party, so if you are available, please sign up here.

Our annual ABC Countdown is here! Below are the themes for each day through the end of April.

District Art Show:
Please join us at the Mehville School District Art Show on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Oakville High School. The exhibit will be open from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Student work from across the district will be displayed as we showcase our talented artists.
